MASTER'S DEGREE APPLICATION

Phase 1 - within 30 days of the start date of the graduation session:
in your reserved area on www.esse3.unimore.it
select “Domanda Conseguimento Titolo”. In the case of activities undertaken but not yet recorded in the booklet, fill in the “Dichiarazione esami sostenuti” (Declaration of exams
taken).

Proceed to complete the degree application by entering:

  • Type of thesis (research or compilation);
  • Thesis title;
  • 5 keywords separated by only a space;
  • The teaching activity on which the degree thesis is developed;
  • An abstract (max 3500 characters)

Phase 2 – within 21 days of the start date of the graduation session:
Pass all exams.
It is possible to make any changes to the title, keywords, abstract, etc. Proceed with the payment of 2 stamp duties of 16 euros each invoiced on Esse3 under the item “Taxes”: a stamp for the application for obtaining the degree (the tax paid remains valid even in the event of cancellation of the degree application, but only within the academic year) and a stamp for the degree parchment (the tax paid remains valid even in the event of cancellation of the degree application)


Phase 3 – INSERTION OF THE FINAL THESIS FILE within 12 days from the start date of the graduation session Insert the final thesis file in PDF/A format
on www.esse3.unimore.it
. In agreement with your supervisor, choose the method of consulting the thesis:
- Thesis accessible via the web
- Thesis not accessible
- Embargo (12, 18 or 36 months)


PLEASE NOTE: starting from the July 2020 graduation session, it is no longer necessary to send or deliver the graduation application to the Student Secretariat and the supervisor's signature on the graduation application PDF is no longer required.

It is strongly recommended that you fill out the Almalaurea Questionnaire, which will allow you to insert or update your Curriculum Vitae to facilitate access to the world of work.
From the "Achievement of a Degree" page, you can register to access the Almalaurea Interuniversity Consortium website. Almalaurea manages a database that collects the curricula of students who have graduated and obtained a diploma from participating universities and makes them available to companies that are looking for new professional figures.
Please remember that the deadline for taking an exam valid for the degree session is 21 days before.
