APPLICATION FOR A THREE-YEAR DEGREE

  1. From 60 days and WITHIN 30 DAYS before the graduation exam:
    • COMPILING and inserting in Esse3 the application for obtaining the degree and the thesis title deposit .    
      Fill in, until the end of the procedure, the degree application which consists of: choosing the degree session; declaring the exams in your career and inserting the thesis title in Italian; name of the supervisor and any co-supervisor; the teaching activity to which the thesis refers and the type: research or compilation; 5 keywords.
  2. From 60 days and WITHIN 21 DAYS before the graduation session
    • Possible modification of the data relating to the thesis title deposit by esse3 .
    • PAYMENT of revenue stamps : under the heading "Taxes" you will find the invoice of 32 euros to be paid, including the two revenue stamps for the degree application and for collecting the parchment.
  3. WITHIN 12 DAYS before the graduation session

PLEASE NOTE: starting from the July 2020 graduation session, it is no longer necessary to send or deliver the graduation application to the Student Secretariat; furthermore, the supervisor's signature on the PDF of the graduation application is no longer required. The supervisor will confirm admission to the graduation exam by approving the thesis uploaded by the graduate in Esse3.
 

It is strongly recommended to fill out the Almalaurea Questionnaire that will allow you to insert and update your Curriculum Vitae to facilitate access to the world of work.
From the "Achievement of a degree" page, you can register to access the Almalaurea Interuniversity Consortium website. Almalaurea manages a database that collects the curricula of students who have graduated and obtained a diploma from participating universities and makes them available to companies that are looking for new professional figures.
Please remember that the deadline for taking an exam valid for the degree session is 21 days before.
